Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.
The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties published or shared on this site and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate them, releasing the Owner from any liability towards third parties.
Cookies and other tracking systems
This site does not use cookies for user profiling or other tracking methods.
However, the following cookies are used as described in the corresponding personal data protection policy provided on this site:
- session cookies
- performance cookies
- flash cookies
Purpose of processing
The personal data to be provided to A+ Legal, or otherwise acquired in accordance with applicable law, shall be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and with the obligations of confidentiality and professional secrecy, exclusively for legal purposes in accordance with the purpose for which the mandate will be given and, in any event, for purposes connected with and/or instrumental to the performance of the professional tasks entrusted to the professionals of A+ Legal, excluding, therefore, any use that is different and/or in conflict with the Client's interests.
Modalities of treatment
The processing of information concerning the user will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality. The information will be processed and stored by computer and on paper, using tools and procedures suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality, in a manner strictly necessary to fulfil the above purposes.
Nature of data provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in communications to A+ Legal. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. With regard to personal data relating to the performance of the contract to which the user is a party or relating to the fulfilment of a legal obligation (e.g. the keeping of accounting and tax records), failure to provide personal data prevents the completion of the contractual relationship itself.
Data retention period
Personal data, processed for the above-mentioned purposes, will be retained for the duration of the professional assignment and, thereafter, for the time required by laws or regulations providing for retention obligations for tax or other purposes.
Data Communication
The personal data provided may be communicated to the following specific or determinable persons
- collaborators and employees of A+ Legal and consultants and professionals who provide functional services for the purposes indicated above;
- banking and insurance institutions that provide functional services for the purposes indicated above;
- parties that process data in performance of specific legal obligations;
- judicial or administrative authorities, for the fulfilment of legal obligations.
Data profiling and dissemination
Personal data are not and will not be subject to dissemination or to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.
Rights of the interested party
It should be noted that the rights recognised to the Client by the GDPR include those of:
- to request from the Controller access to their personal data and information relating to them, consisting of the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed
- rectify inaccurate data or supplement incomplete data;
- request the deletion of personal data concerning him/her (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Article 17(1) of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same Article)
- limit the processing of the personal data provided (upon the occurrence of one of the hypotheses indicated in Article 18(1) of the GDPR);
- request and obtain - in cases where the legal basis of the processing is a contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means - the personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to data portability)
- object at any time to the processing of personal data in particular situations;
- withdraw consent to data processing at any time, limited to cases where processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes. Processing based on consent and carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent shall, however, retain its lawfulness;

Details on the use of cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies' are small text strings sent by a server to a web client (usually a browser) and then sent back from the client to the server (unchanged) each time the client accesses the same portion of the same web domain. In other words, these are the traces that each visitor/user leaves on the web while browsing a web page.
In the case of 'long-lasting cookies', these traces are stored in the internal memory of one's computer or mobile device and, thanks to them, after a first visit to the site the system will be able to recognise on each subsequent visit the user who has already been to that site.
In the case, on the other hand, of 'session cookies', the information is not stored persistently on the user's computer or mobile device, but vanishes with the end of each browsing session.
Why do we use cookies?
A+ Legal uses cookies on its website in order to analyse access to web pages, personalise information, content and services, and provide visitors/users with quality, trust and security.
The A+ Legal website also allows you to refuse the tracking of cookies, but in this case you may not be able to use certain functionalities. Please note that by "default" almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookie tracking.
However, visitors/users can change the default configuration of their browser. As already mentioned, however, disabling or deleting cookies may preclude the optimal use of certain areas of the A+ Legal website.
In any case, should visitors/users wish to decide on a case-by-case basis whether or not to accept cookies, it is also possible to configure their browser to generate a warning each time a cookie is saved.
